MICHAEL INGLIS SETS THE RECORD STRAIGHT

SETS THE RECORD STRAIGHT

Dear RB

I feel the need to address a couple of important factual errors in this email trail. Firstly neither the ATC nor RNSW were responsible for the the number of Registered Owners for horses and hence names appearing in the Race Book increasing to 20. This innovation was introduced by the ARB following representations made by ATROC ( Australian Thoroughbred Racehorse Owners Council ) which is the National owners body.

The increase in the allocated number of tickets to Owners followed detailed submissions made by the NSWROA to the ATC which is continually working to improve the conditions and benefits for Owners both on and off course. I will ensure that Ms Henning’s suggestions are considered by the Board of the NSWROA at our next Board meeting

Regards

Michael Inglis
Secretary NSWROA

  1. Thanks Michael.
Six months is a long wait for something so simple and obvious.
I hope the parties will find a win win position.
