This job description seems ironic. As I read through this article, I thought that the job description was a mock-up for the purposes of generating a slant on administrators.
Administrators must firstly be able to collude, yet call it “seek the win – win”.
Secondly, encourage people to “get on with it” amidst the “crime of the century” being pulled-off” in front of the entire public eye.
Thirdly, show the qualities of ignorance to allow the BS to flow, then demonstrate the ability pass on the BS to the next administrator in a manner that does not weaken ignorance.
Fourthly, strengthen the need for administrators to exist above all other positions of society and never talk to an abolitionist.
Mission statement: “fool all the people all the time”.
